DISCLAIMER
The antique and vintage rugs, kilim, and textiles we sell carry with them wear, flaws, and imperfections from previous use and age. We do our best to show and describe these conditions in photos and the description. However, the buyer is responsible for asking questions or requesting additional images or videos if they have doubts or concerns. Due to the variations in different electronic devices, we are not responsible for possible differences in colors as viewed on your electronic device compared to the actual product received. Our products are professionally cleaned, restored, and carefully inspected before shipping.
RETURNS
If, on any basis, the product you purchased from us does not meet your requirements, email us. We are comfortable to accept the article for return under the following conditions:
You must notify us within two days of receiving the item, and the article must be shipped back to us within five days. When we receive the item back from you, it must be in the exact condition it was when we sent it to you. Any degradation in value or need for cleaning will be deducted from any refund.
When we accept a return, the buyer is responsible for the original cost of shipping AND the cost of return shipping. Our items are sold with "FREE SHIPPING", but the exact cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund.
All sales are final if no contact is made within the given time frame.
Returns are not accepted on any items shipped outside the USA.
